We adopt world’s famous brand MMA monomer and PILNKINTON moulds to manufacture cast acrylic sheet.Moreover we have 3 advanced and latest producing lines,thus guarantee the excellent surface strength,lower thickness tolerance than national standard and the great output capacity.

Colors: clear, transparent, translucent, opaque, white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, orange....

Transparency	Up to 93%
Weight	Less than half that of glass
Impact Resistance	6-17 times greater than glass
Weather Resistance	Withstand sunlight for long duration against discoloration, anti-UV
Chemical Resistance	Resistance to alkali, acid, aliphatic hydrocarbons
Insulation	Higher resistivity to be ideal  insulator
Process ability	Cut, sawed drilled, machined, vacuum-formed, engraved, polished, silk-screen printed etc.

Notes:

1.Ordinary acrylic sheet is likely to expand when the temperature is over 100°C, so the continuous temperature don’t exceed 90°C.

2.The surface hardness of acrylic sheet is as hard as aluminum alloy; Polish it with the abrasive material for aluminum when it is scratched in abnormal condition.

3.Space between acrylic sheets should be left out when construction, regarding the weight, load and temperature.

4. Acrylic sheet can cause static; clean the surface with mull dipping 1% suds.

5. Keep the warehouse dry and well-ventilated, and from fire.

6. Use elastic material such as rubber when processing base material.
